STENCILS
Select a stencil and the area of the body that you would like the design to be
placed. Clean the area of skin where you want to apply the design with Isopropyl
rubbing alcohol (70%) which is available at most drugstores.
Select a color and shake the bottle of Temptu's Airbrush paint well. Pour desired
amount of paint into your top feed airbrush or bottom-feed bottle.

Lightly mist Temptu StencilTac onto back of the selected TemptuBlue
stencil and allow to dry, 10-15 seconds. Only a very light coat is
necessary. (*tip: if damp
the tac will transfer onto the skin, if this occurs, very carefully remove
the tac with a q-tip soaked in alcohol). Once dry, place onto skin
tac side down.
Or, peel backing off self-adhesive stencils and place directly on skin.
Spray color lightly through the stencil (approximately 3-4 inches away
from skin). Apply as many light coats as necessary at achieve the desired
color intensity.
(*tip: avoid spraying too close to the skin or too heavily, this will
cause the paint to bleed or will cause overspray which will ruin the
design).
Apply solid colors or blend colors to create your custom design. If you
want to achieve an outline, lightly spray black around the edge of the
stencil.
Remove stencil and set the ink by applying a light coat of ordinary talc
(baby) powder.
For added effects, use a small paintbrush and apply Temptu body paints.
Run airbrush cleaner or alcohol through brush to clean between colors
and after completion. Pat stencil clean with a paper towel and alcohol,
be careful not
to wipe as this may damage the smaller, weaker areas of the stencil.
Follow the steps listed above except change step 8 by using our stardust glitter
(instead of the baby powder) to set the design on the skin. Wait until the
alcohol evaporates and the ink design is dry, to assure that the glitter
primarily adheres to the tattoo and not your skin, (approx. 60 seconds) and
then rub the glitter into the design with your fingertips. Try applying gems
to the tattoos for an extra dazzle!
All Temptu tattoos are waterproof, but can be removed instantly with rubbing
alcohol or baby oil. The tattoo can be worn for 2-5 days depending on your
skin type, (tattoos tend to last longer the dryer the skin), where the tattoo
is placed on the body (tattoos last longer on areas of the body that are
less prone to perspiration and movement), and how well it's cared for. To
maintain the tattoo, always be sure to re-powder or re-glitter before and
after swim, workout, or shower. Avoid lotions and oils on or around the area.
Avoid scrubbing while bathing and always pat design dry when exposed to water.
